The price looks fine. It isn't.
A part you've quoted at $1,795 all year comes in on a PO at $1,395. It reads like a normal number. It's only wrong compared to what you've always been paid, and nobody in the office has that memory. That's a $400 per part loss no one realizes is silently happening.
