Your purchase order history and your ERP live exactly where they already are. The Detection System reads purchase orders from a watched folder on your machine. It does not move, store, or delete your data without an explicit, approved workflow. Every action is logged and auditable — you can see exactly what happened, when, and why.

The short answer: Nothing happens outside the checks you configure. A person approves everything flagged.

The Detection System runs deterministic rules against each customer's own order history. Clean orders pass through. Anything that doesn't fit stops and waits for a person. The system approves nothing on its own except orders that pass every check clean. You always have the final call.

The short answer: The ERP handoff is optional and only stages orders a person approved.

Any handoff to your ERP or CRM is explicitly scoped and approved during setup. The system has no open-ended publishing authority — it only does what it was specifically configured to do. For the optional ERP add-on, approved orders are staged as customer orders. Nothing is ever sent without a person's sign-off.

Twelve checks are deterministic rules that run entirely on your machine. The optional AI Advisory check is a second pass that calls out potential roadblocks and challenges you might not have caught. It never approves or rejects an order on its own. Every flagged order waits for a person.

The Detection System uses a layered safety architecture.

Defined Scope

The Detection System only operates on the folders and customers you configure. It has no access to systems or actions outside its approved scope.

Deterministic Checks

Twelve rules run on your machine against each customer's order history. No guesswork, no black-box decisions.

Human Approval

Anything flagged waits for a person. The system approves nothing on its own except orders that pass every check clean.

Audit Logging

Every detection, decision, and approval is recorded with who did it and when. NIST-compliant and exportable for your quality system.

Kill Switch

The AI Advisory check can be switched off for controlled work. Any workflow can be paused instantly by you or your team.

What The Detection System Cannot Do (By Design)
